Isoray
A real-time generative work in which hundreds of virtual birds move through continuously shifting formations. Nothing is animated by hand and nothing repeats — each flock is computed live in the browser, so complexity accumulates out of very simple rules. The piece runs indefinitely, drifting between structure and dissolution, and periodically collapses into flat green fields before reassembling. Isoray debuted at Horst Arts & Music 2026 in Belgium, produced in collaboration with TICK TACK and projected at architectural scale across the ENGIE Electrabel cooling towers — a procedural meditation on collective movement and on how individual agents moving together can form something transcendent.
